I started my sandhyavandanam in Ninth class. Since then i was inquistive of the process and wanted to know the exact process and way of performing.
Initially i learnt mantras by rote .

Recently i learnt that there are fourn main steps in sandhyavandanam.

namely
Achamanam
Marjanam
Gayatri Japam
Suryopasthanam
